- Coordinate with on-site facilities for any current and future issues
- Continuing planning on yearly basis to have site completely redone over the next few years as new facility is added

- Working directly with the general contractor and FedEx over a 1 ½-year period to develop a full-scale remodel of the entire facility with new parking for the entire site during building construction
- Ongoing through 2023 with completion in 2024

GOOD SHEPHERD CATHOLIC CHURCH AND SCHOOL, 2023
- Working directly with the facilities staff, we’ve developed a phased multiyear program to improve the drives and parking lots around the church and school
- Completed Phase 1 in 2023, rebuilding the east portion of the parking lot and overlaying the main drive
ARCHDIOCESE OF KANSAS CITY, MO – SAVIOR PASTORAL CENTER, 2023
- Savior Pastoral Design build facelift covering close to 100,000 SF of parking lot and adding around 4,000 LF of new curb
- Worked directly to design plan of action
- Created plan of action moving forward
- Worked with existing budget based on previous conversations built over last year
