McAnany Construction, Inc. celebrates 55 years. The company was incorporated in 1954, by Richard S. McAnany and has been located in Shawnee, Kansas since it opened.  McAnany’s has always been a family owned and operated company.  Patrick McAnany, Timothy McAnany, Philip McAnany and Roger Vossman are the second generation to lead the company.  Richard retired in 1984 and named Patrick as the President.  Tim, Phil, and Roger are the Executive Officers of McAnany Construction.   The current administration has made great strides in advancing the corporation’s technology and construction standards to keep pace in the ever changing business environment.

The completion of the Overland Park Youth Soccer Park has propelled the company into an extension of its current scope of work.  Synthetic turf, is a next “step” of the many operations that McAnany Construction, Inc. already performs.  Asphalt paving, grading, site development,  rotomilling, flyash incorporation, and rock placement are the normal scopes of work and the synthetic turf is a natural integration in the sports fields and landscaping building process.
